1. Do you have minimum Quantity?
   Yes, our minimum quantity for each product are 50 pcs.
2. What does Clarisbali.com offer?
   Clarisbali.com makes it possible for you to get an amazing handicraft, and jewellery from Bali and others Indonesian handmade products. Throught this site, you can browse catalog online at anywhere in the world you are then simply fill out the shopping cart. The order will be delivered at specified address specified by you.
3. Can I phone or fax my order?
   Yes, orders are accepted via phone or fax. After we reconfirm the order to you, you should transfer 50% for down payment via bank and we are started to process your order.
4. How to shop at Clarisbali.com?
   Browse our online catalog and select the item of your choice, click on 'Detail' to make an order then click 'Add to Cart' button. You can Remove or Change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by clicking onto the link 'Modified' which is on the right hand side of the shopping cart. After adding all the items you wish to purchase, click 'Check Out' then fill out the order form. We will notice you by email about the total of your order (including the shipping cost) and our bank detail to process the payment.
5. How do I feel sure that I have correctly registered the order placed?
   After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming (copy of your shopping cart). Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.
6. Can I order less than your minimum order requirement?
   In some cases yes, this will however depend on the type of items you wish to order and also on the cost effectiveness when it comes to shipping. If you wish to order less than our minimum order, please contact us stating the codes and the exact amounts of each item that you are interested in purchasing. This will enable us to work out if a small order is workable for us. It also puts us in a position to be able to advise you if we think your shipping costs will be uneconomical.
7. Are your prices negotiable?

8. Do you offer credit terms?
   We do not offer any credit terms. Please remember, you are purchasing at source at a price that is far lower than you would pay locally in your own country.
9. How long will it take to make my order?
   This will depend on the size, quantity and complexity of the order itself. Please let us know the quantities and codes of the items that you require by filling out the shopping cart so that we can advise a production schedule.
10. How much will the shipping charges be?
    This will depend on the weight of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquiring about shipping charges, we kindly request that you let us know your shopping cart, your chosen method of shipping, air or sea, and your nearest international port or airport. This will not obligate you in any way, but it will enable us to obtain a quotation based on the information provided.
